(VIDEO) Dear Gasoline Maxine, Thank You: Judge States Case Could be Overturned on Appeal

In spite of Maxine Waters having a face that seems to be frozen in a permanent scowl, I could kiss that skank right on the mouth in gratitude.

By now, the whole world is already aware of Waters weekend visit to the Minneapolis suburb of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. When asked what the mob should do if Derek Chauvin is found not guilty, Gasoline Maxine responded (video below);

“We’ve got to get more confrontational. We’ve got to make sure that they know that we mean business.”

But here’s where this whole saga really starts to get good.

What could be seen as Waters indirectly telling the jury members that if Chauvin isn’t found guilty on all counts, we’ll burn this city to the ground. Fortunately, some are pushing back.

During closing arguments in Chauvin’s trial, reporter Caroline Downey of National Review notes that defense attorney Eric Nelson has openly stated in court;

“We have U.S. representatives threatening acts of violence in relation to this specific case, it’s mind boggling.

Interestingly enough, presiding judge Peter Cahill actually responded to Lawyer Nelson’s objections to outside forces trying to strongarm the jury (video below, emphasis mine);

I wish elected officials would stop talking about this case, especially in a way that is disrespectful to the rule of law and to the judicial branch in our function.”

“I’ll give you that Congresswoman Waters may have given you something on appeal that may result in this whole trial being overturned.

Sadly, Judge Cahill didn’t have the ‘nads to overturn the whole case here and now. Pretty obvious that Thugette Waters has already gotten away with intimidating the good judge.
